Greek pita turkey burgers

This is a new obsession of mine. Serves four.

1 lb ground turkey
coarse salt, fresh ground pepper
a bunch of Cavendar's Greek seasoning
2 t dried oregano
4 whole wheat pitas
hummus
feta cheese

Mix up the turkey with the seasonings and form into 8 smallish patties. Cook them on the grill or a skillet. Meanwhile, warm your pitas in a 200 degree oven. Spread hummus on pita, fill with two turkey burger patties, and top with feta. Fold in half and enjoy.

I've been having these with a nice green salad with a store-bought low-cal balsamic vinegarette -- the Kraft is actually really quite good.

The pita and turkey on one "burger" sandwich will cost you about 300 calories, and I don't put a ton of hummus or feta on mine, so this is a nice and light, but filling, tasty, and satisfying, meal.
